If you’re unable to attend classes due to ongoing technical problems that our support team can’t fix.Unsatisfactory Experience:
If the teaching method does not meet your expectations and you notify us with valid reasons within the first 7 days.
⛔ Non-Refundable Cases
The refund request is made after 7 days from payment.
A student stops attending classes after the refund window.
A student misses classes without informing us in advance.
A student violates academy rules or behaves inappropriately.

If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method in 7–10 business days.
🔄 Modification & Cancellation
If you’re having timing issues, we encourage you to request a class reschedule instead of a refund.
To pause or cancel your subscription, please let us know at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
