Enrollment Cancellation:
You cancel your enrollment within 7 days of payment.Technical Issues:
If you’re unable to attend classes due to ongoing technical problems that our support team can’t fix.Unsatisfactory Experience:
If the teaching method does not meet your expectations and you notify us with valid reasons within the first 7 days.
β Non-Refundable Cases
The refund request is made after 7 days from payment.
A student stops attending classes after the refund window.
A student misses classes without informing us in advance.
A student violates academy rules or behaves inappropriately.

If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method in 7β10 business days.

To pause or cancel your subscription, please let us know at least 3 days before your next billing cycle.
