    If the teaching method does not meet your expectations and you notify us with valid reasons within the first 7 days.

  • The refund request is made after 7 days from payment.

  • A student stops attending classes after the refund window.

  • A student misses classes without informing us in advance.

  • A student violates academy rules or behaves inappropriately.
